Woodside Hill is a small family vineyard specialising in a Merlot/Cabernet Franc blends. Our steep north facing hillside may be hard work but gives grapes of fine quality.

The standard wines are aged for a year in 30% new french barriques to give subtle hints of oak and integrated tannins. Our reserve wines are only made in good years and represent a barrel selection of our standard wine.

We hope you will like our wines as much as we do – we think they are great value for money.

We primarily produce two red wines, the Emile and when quality permits a Reserve. These wines are available for tasting from the 2011 to the 2013. A unique “vertical” experience.
