Explore Waiheke Wine & Food Festival – tickets on sale now

An unmissable summer’s day out on Waiheke Island, taste boutique Waiheke wines and artisan food in one location, while basking in the sounds of some top live music.

Kicking off at 11am until 5:30pm on Saturday 2 April, enjoy gourmet food and wine with a live soundtrack of musicians, including internationally renowned Nathan Haines band, Aaron Carpenter & the Revelators, Rikki Morris and Chet O’Connell and Rain Dogs.

Award-winning vineyards at the festival who will serve their hand-crafted wines are Awaroa, Batch, Cable Bay, Goldie Wines, Man O War, Miro, Mudbrick, Obsidian, Passage Rock, Peacock Sky, Poderi Crisci, Stonyridge, Te Motu, Wild on Waiheke and Woodside Hill.

Tempting and tasty, our line-up of artisan food vendors include Te Motu, Poderi Crisci, Casita Miro, Kapiti cheese, Huntley & Palmers flatbread, Dragon Fired pizza, Urban Escargot, South American Oven and many more. You can also taste some of Waiheke’s award-winning olive oil at stands for Rangihoua Estate, Matiatia Grove and Azzuro Grove.

Buses will run from both ferries to Te Motu “The Airstrip” and return, so all you need to worry about is having fun!
Ticket price includes the ferry, bus, a wine glass, lanyard, festival flyer and a glass of wine on arrival. On island tickets are also available.

In addition to this Festival Day, there is a whole Festival Week of events created for your pleasure – from wine and cheese masterclasses and winemakers dinners, to a tango dance and a grape harvest and foot stomp! Check out the details and don’t miss out!
